Processing Time


  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time


Estimated delivery times are:


  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Canada: 7–18 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days


Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, holidays, or carrier delays.


Order Tracking


Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.


Incorrect Shipping Address


Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed.



Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy


We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.


To qualify for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required.


Non-Returnable Items


For hygiene and safety reasons, some pet products may not be eligible for return if they have been opened or used, unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Incorrect Items


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Refunds


Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return Shipping


If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.


For all other eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
