Orders
How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders when available.
Why is my order taking longer than expected?

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery to begin the return process.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item. We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for dogs?
Yes. We carefully select products designed with your pet’s comfort and safety in mind. Always supervise your pet during first-time use and follow any included instructions.
Will these products work for all dog breeds?
Most of our products are suitable for dogs of all sizes, but we recommend checking each product’s size guide and description before purchasing.
How do I know which size to choose?
Each product includes a sizing guide on its product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll update your address. Once shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
